Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us at The Shirt Factory. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn (tried on only), unused, and in original condition.
  • Free from perfumes, scents, stains, or damage.
  • Returned with proof of purchase.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

You can choose from:

  • Full refund to your original payment method.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Exchange (subject to availability).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at orders@theshirtfactory.shop.

3. Return Shipping

UK returns are subject to a £2 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.

Important: Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. We do not accept international returns.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue promptly.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and complete the required details. Approved returns will receive further instructions and a return label.

6. Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return your item and place a new order. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, provided items meet the return conditions above.
