To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Returns Portal and complete the required details. Once approved, you will receive further instructions and a return label.

You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Return Shipping

UK returns are subject to a £2 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.

Important: Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. We do not accept international returns.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be:

• Unworn, tried on only, unused, and in original condition.
• Free from perfumes, scents, stains, or damage.
• Returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

You can choose from:

• Full refund to your original payment method.
• Store credit for future purchases.
• Free exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges subject to stock availability. For the fastest exchange, start your request through our Returns Portal and request your preferred replacement size or item. Once approved, we will process the exchange at no additional charge.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, provided items meet the return conditions above.
