1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn (except for trying on), unused, and in the same condition you received it.
  
• Free from any perfumes, scents, or other fragrances.
• No damages, stains, or signs of wear.
• Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

We offer the following options for returns:

• Full Refund to the original payment method.
• Store Credit for future purchases.
• Exchange for the same or different item (subject to availability).

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at orders@theshirtfactory.shop.

3. Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all orders within the UK! Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept international returns.

4. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and fill in the required information. Once your return/exchange request has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund or store credit.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.
